Kampen Study Center

In January 2015, George Grant traveled to the Netherlands to meet with Dutch pastors working with Kurdish refugees, many of them already Christian believers. Utilizing a classroom in a church in Kampen and study materials donated by Third Millennium Ministries, Dr. Grant helped to establish a study center where men are being prepared for Gospel ministry utilizing video classes and online study materials from Reformed Theological Seminary. Seven men have now completed a course in Biblical Theology and have begun a summer intensive in the Gospel of John. If there is hope for the region of Northern Iraq, we must do more than simply liberate the people from tyrants; the Gospel must take root and local churches must be planted. The study centers, we pray, will be the first step toward accomplishing that goal.

FINANCIAL REQUEST

Through the generosity of the Churches in the Netherlands many of the infrastructure costs for the center are covered. The funds raised here will cover the costs of transportation and lodging for a US mentor and sponsor to travel to Kampen and hopefully Vienna. Your donation will help cover the following:

Our desire is to raise enough money to cover several years’ worth of visits until such a time as this mentor and sponsorship is no longer required.
